Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply in undertaking your travel with our company.

1. Advance tour deposit

Once you have confirmed your travel to Bhutan you are required to transfer the payments in advance to our company. This in turn is deposited to the Tourism Council of Bhutan to secure your visa approval.

 2. Cancellation policy

The following refund applies to the tour payments made by you in the event of cancellations:

  • 100% refund if cancellation is done in and more then 45 days before arrival date to Bhutan  
  • 80% refund if cancellation is within 21-44 days before arrival date to Bhutan
  • 60% refund if cancellation is within 14-20 days before arrival date to Bhutan
  • 30% refund if cancellation is within 7-13 days before arrival date to Bhutan 
  • 20% refund if cancellation is less than 7 days before arriva to Bhutan
  • No refund if cancellation done after arrival in Bhutan

The refund policy for the DRUK AIR, Royal Bhutan Airlines ticket is as follows:

  • 100% refund if the cancellation is in and more then 30 days before the scheduled day of flight.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is done in and before 2 weeks prior to the date of flight
  • No refund if cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the flight date.

However, please note that for any refunds the bank transfer charges will be deducted from the total refund.

3. Details for Visa approval

You are required to submit your passport and other personal details as per the visa application form that can be downloaded from the Download form and info link.

4. Acceptance of risk

Your participation in the tours could involve a degree of personal risk. So while we are fully concerned over your personal safety you bear the responsibility. Therefore you acknowledge that your decision to travel with our company is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you assume the personal risks attendant upon such travel.

5. Travel Insurance

You are responsible to make your own travel insurance.
